A 10/40 Tent Making Mission Arm of LBCM-FC

GLOBAL HOPE MINISTRY is a firsthand / Hands on Training center for mission of tent making missionaries and career missionaries for 10/40 global window countries. It is supervised and administered by LBCM- FRONTLINERS FOR CHRIST which engages both local and foreign missions.

GLOBAL HOPE MINISTRY IS:

• To train Christian for possible mission by integrating secular work and ministry.
• Its Aim is to help traditional mission through TEACHING ENGLISH, CHILDREN CENTER and COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT such as Vocational Technology , Computer Tech. and Adult Literacy.
• Its Goal is to assist the church growth through CHANNELING of saved souls to the church and DISCIPLING them for self propagation.
• Its Mission is to network with other mission agency and to tap Trained Christian lay workers for possible deployment for Tent Making mission work in 10/40 countries.
• Its End Vision is to see the fruit of their labor that produces the amount of missions progress that are tangible and actively living a testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ.

THE PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES;

CHURCH MISSION AWARENESS

This is the first step of the program. On this stage, usually the administration invites a GUEST SPEAKER who’s expertise is on the specific topic and theme of mission. The speaker will conduct lectures on these lessons and deliberates in a “loud and clear” presentation of the urgency for the missions. Also on this stage, the overview of the tent Making and career missions are being introduce so as to be aware of the their calling not only they use their God given talent for their own profit but for advancement of God’s kingdom.

RECRUITMENT

After a long screening, the prospect Tent Maker missionary will be given requirements to facilitate for admission to the Hands On Training in the local mission work. Interviews and Psychological test will be given to ensure that the prospect is emotionally stable. If the prospect pass the all Requirements, then they have to prepare themselves for the recruitment. All prospect Tent Makers will be given salary on their tour of duty.

• College Diploma or Equivalent
• Bio-data
• Testimony of God’s Call of every Prospect

HANDS ON TRAINING

The Concept of the Hands On Training (HOT) is that , the prospect will be Employed on our local mission work as TEACHERS, OFFICE WORKERS and FULL TIME CHURCH WORKERS and then, they will be assigned to a specific mission outreach.

For TEACHERS, they will teach either in Kindergarten, Elementary or High School. Likewise their scope of work is that from Monday to Friday : they will teach in the classroom and integrate Bible in every subject. For Saturday and Sunday they will be sent out to the outreach to help in the church such as children center, parents follow-up, visitation and teach Sunday school. For male teachers , they will act as song leaders or preach on the Sunday worship.

For the OFFICE WORKERS, they do the office works such as keeping the record intact, encode some Pertinent papers and do some errand works. And on Saturday and Sunday they help also in the Church work as ushers and teacher in the Sunday school for children and young people.

For CAREER/FULL-TIME WORKERS, they will do the work of an evangelist and pastoral work. As to cater on their PERSONAL SPIRITUAL NEEDS, lecture are done on Christian living, Daily devotion on The Word of God, Prayer and quite time, and psycho-social interaction among co-workers. They are being taught to trust GOD for their needs.

All in all , the HANDS ON TRAINING (HOT) are valuable in preparing them for the fulfillment of their calling in bi-vocational and cross-culture mission.

DEPLOYEMENT

As the need of SENDING and SUPPLYING of tent makers and career missionaries arise, the GLOBAL HOPE MINISTRY will compel the role of HOPE – Helping Other People in Evangelizing for the spreading and furtherance of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in 10/40 window countries.
